Cherry Wilmore and Sherry Wilmore, better known as, Everybody’s Favorite Twins!
Innovators, Educators, and Influencers, opening the community’s eyes and ears and a household name! Cherry and Sherry are twin sisters born in Louisiana that share a strong belief in community service and equal rights. Advocates of love and live are imperative to sound off; your voice is vital, live and learn; knowledge is power, and embrace one another; relationships are fundamental. Everybody’s Favorite Twins diverges in the belief and practice of introductions and engagements; experience can be the best teacher in life; therefore, we are all teachers.
Cherry, a graduate of Ellender Memorial High School, and Sherry, a graduate of South Terrebonne High School, working hard in school, supported their goal to make education a priority and focus. The twins attended different high schools to establish and forge relationships outside of each other and develop a sense of individualism. Even though their focus was on their education, they also knew the importance of networking and forming meaningful relationships. After high school, Everybody’s Favorite Twins attended Nicholls State University to earn their Bachelor of Arts degree in Government. Always striving for more, the Wilmore twins then continued their education by enrolling in the Master of Education program at the same university.
Following the passion and purpose to educate, inspire, and influence, Everybody’s Favorite Twins have taken a conversational approach to build an audience and support interactions in the community and social media. Not limiting access to face-to-face opportunities, Cherry and Sherry have expanded access to joining influencers online. Influencers, educators, community advocates, Everybody’s Favorite Twins bring awareness to topics such as foster care, mental health, Government, and culinary arts. A cornerstone of their content is providing a platform that allows local political candidates to engage in conversations explaining their platforms in traditional and non-traditional formats. Aiming to create a fun yet educational experience, Everybody’s Favorite Twins presentations and viewable content are unique and unpredictable. Can you imagine an interview with a Sheriff also a political candidate making a donut burger live during his interview? In one of the most viewed interviews, Political Candidate Sheriff Tim Soignet created his unique donut burger live with Everybody’s Favorite Twins.
When it comes to sharing, educating, and enlightening their audience, Cherry and Sherry will wow you with their enthusiasm and energy. Some may deem conversations concerning challenging topics as uncomfortable. In that aspect, Everybody’s Favorite Twins understand the importance of bringing forth uncomfortable issues, engaging the opportunity to provide transparent dialogue. Taking on the “thoughts in the box,” Everybody’s Favorite Twins use their platform to moderate vital topics, move to bridge gaps in understanding, work to build awareness, expand knowledge, and engage diverse groups, all to influence positive change in the community. As motivational and public speakers, Cherry and Sherry have moderated meetings between community members and community leaders to begin to forge these crucial conversations.
Building a platform and a path for positivity and community growth, their goal is to increase the reach and impact of collaborative and innovative relationships in the community. In continuation of various commentary, event hosting, event moderation, and cause effective advocacy, Everybody’s Favorite Twins will continue to influence the development and support of diversity and inclusion in the schools, community, and Government.
